➢ Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
➢ Technical / Analysis and Problem Solving
➢ Good knowledge of networking technologies – TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPNs, EVPN, VLAN, SDWAN, SDN.
➢ Use of e.Stream approved monitoring software’s, to proactively monitor links, PoPs, & backhauls, (End to End) for all Strategic account services.
➢ Systematically troubleshoot incidents through all point of failures and attempt resolution of such incidents for all links being managed.
➢ Escalate all unresolved incidentsto affected (Outsource service support) / eStream 2nd / 3rd level support and follow through to resolution life cycle.
➢ Ensure documentation of all incidents and user requests on Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
➢ Provide & report detailed intelligence on service performance for allservice being managed to Line manager.
➢ Escalate all twice recurring incidents to Line Manager and follow up till resolution & update the customer on complaint/incident status.
➢ Liaise with Outsource service support in response to organizational request for access to supplier (Vendor)
premises for service maintenance and incident Management.
➢ Configuration, installation, maintenance and lifecycles planning of various network devices and services (routers, switches, APN, VPN etc..)
➢ Respond to and resolve complex technical inquiries and issues related to our products and services. This involves
analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions promptly.
➢ High technical knowledge of networking in: Mikrotik, Ubiquiti radio, Powerbeam, Ligowave, and WavelP
➢ Pro-actively monitor and manage reported incidents, including prioritization, escalation, and timely updates to stakeholders.
