Session Leader – Springwood

Overview:

This permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) at the Springwood Donor Centre & Donor Mobile Unit offers a rewarding opportunity to lead and support the end-to-end blood donation experience. Reporting to the Donor Centre Manager, you will provide operational oversight, coach and inspire your team, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld. You’ll manage complex donor assessments, mentor staff in phlebotomy techniques, and oversee device maintenance and quality control, all while fostering a positive and efficient donor environment.
