Your opportunity:

• Provide general practitioner oral health services to both adult and paediatric patients in fixed and mobile facilities located in hospital, community and school environments by providing high quality oral health care.
• To lead and coordinate oral health services provided by a particular oral health team.

Several Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable).
Covid 19 Vaccination: It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 (Health Employment Directive No. 12/21 and Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70)
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $153,112 p.a., comprising salary between $111,474 – $134,195 p.a. (f/t) or competative salary rates between, $56.22 – $67.68 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (DO1.1 – DO1.6) (Several Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f., and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
