Driver/Yardman

Responsibilities:

– Perform general yard duties, including organizing and maintaining inventory
– Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
– Operate commercial vehicles for deliveries and pickups
– Communicate effectively with team members and customers
– Perform basic mechanical tasks and maintenance on equipment as needed

Skills:

– Commercial driving experience, preferably as a delivery driver or van driver
– Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
– Mechanical knowledge to perform basic equipment maintenance
– Experience with flatbed trucks is a plus

Note: A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

As a Yardman, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our yard. Your responsibilities will include organizing inventory, loading and unloading materials, operating commercial vehicles for deliveries, and performing basic mechanical tasks. commercial driving skills, strong communication abilities, and mechanical knowledge. Pay: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
