FORKLIFT TRUCK DRIVER

Job Description 

Procter & Gamble (P&G) are a leading company in the manufacture of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) making globally admired brands such as Gillette, Fairy and Oral-B.

We are looking for experienced Forklift Truck Drivers to join our Distribution Centre located at our London Plant in West Thurrock. The site is our biggest Distribution Centre in Europe, it’s highly automated and responsible for shipping 95% of the P&G volume to UK customers. • Operate a Fork Lift Truck in order to complete tasks (e.g. Counter Balance, Very Narrow Aisle, Reach)
• Play a vital role in the operation to deliver our product to market
• Report safety issues
• Report quality issues

Qualifications

• Have experience with operations of Fork Lift Trucks and using a warehouse management system
• Work effectively and collaboratively with others
• Exercise self-discipline with good time keeping and diligence
• Are able to follow standard work procedures
• Are able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
