Location: Denver, CO or Foster City, CA

 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Django, and Python for data-intensive applications with interactivity in UI.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, managers, and designers, to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns.
• Develop APIs and integrate with various data sources, such as databases, in-house ML services, and other third-party services.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, data analytics, and data visualization.

Experience and Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development using React, Django, and Python.
• Experience with frontend frameworks – React, Angular, or Vue.js (preferably React).
• Knowledge of backend technologies – Django or Flask.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL based).
• Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Plotly, or Bokeh.
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and microservices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
