Could you be our ideal candidate?

We’re looking for a General Manager who is committed to exceeding customer needs while achieving the branch financial and operational targets.

You will be an important part of the regional Management team and you will work with a talented team of Technicians, Service professionals, and Parts specialists in your branch. You’ll also work closely with regional Sales and Contracts team members to support business growth.

You will be an engaging leader, inspiring and developing your team to deliver excellent service to our customers, focussed on continual improvement and relationship-building. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage budgets and work confidently with business data.

As a champion for health and safety in the workplace, your primary focus will be the welfare of your teams and customers. If you are already IOSH qualified, that would be great although not essential.
