Graphic Designer

In this full time position you will produce fully accessible content for internal and external audiences across a range of media including, print, digital and video content. You will maintain the highest standards in graphic design and produce cutting edge creative content that accurately reflects the Guide Dogs brand and the expectations of clients across Guide Dogs Victoria and Guide Dogs NSW/ACT. You will champion and deliver best practice accessible content. This role is in our Marketing Centre of Excellence team that works across Victoria, New South Wales and the ACT and leads a number of national initiatives.

What we love about you:

You have solid experience (at least 3 years’ experience) producing accessible content, preferably in an inhouse environment.
You have completed a degree or equivalent in visual communication and/or graphic design,
You possess advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat).
You understand client/business needs and translate these into engaging on-brand visual solutions across print and digital media.
You have excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, from concept through to completion, and meet deadlines.
You are experienced using online project management tools.
You have solid interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency and guiding as required.
You receive and act on feedback.
You have a demonstrable creative ability through a strong well-rounded showcase folio.
Ideally you have experience with basic filming/camera equipment, video production shooting and editing skills, with proficiency in After Effects and Premiere.
Ideally you have experience creating accessible MS Office templates, PDFs, and eDMs; and experience using a Digital Asset Management System.

This role also requires the successful candidate to complete and receive a clear result for a NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, International Police Check (where required) and Working with Children Check.
