About the Role:

As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will be at the helm of clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and care. This role offers you the chance to drive the practice forward with autonomy and clinical freedom, fostering a progressive clinical culture.

Our Practice:

Join a small, friendly team supported by experienced RVNs and SVNs. The practice is a short drive from a 24-hour hospital, providing access to cutting-edge diagnostic tools like CT scans, MRI, digital X-ray, ultrasound, a full in-house lab, and three surgical theatres. You’ll also have access to specialized services for complex cases such as orthopaedics.

Located on the high street with private parking, the clinic is conveniently close to shops, cafes, a supermarket, and restaurants, as well as being a 10-minute walk from Woodside Underground on the Northern Line.

Ownership Opportunity:

For those interested in practice ownership, there is on offer a unique Branch Partner program. This opportunity allows you to co-own and manage the practice, sharing in both costs and profits. Support is provided in securing a loan for equity purchase (up to 50%) and work with you to find the right clinic fit.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Proven clinical leadership skills.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional patient and client care.
  • Understanding of how exceptional care enhances client experiences.
  • Ability to foster a progressive clinical culture.
  • Strong commercial performance through effective clinical activity management.
  • Team-oriented with excellent coaching and influencing skills.
