Description
BMO is currently sourcing for a Marketing Manager position on a 12-month contract.
Summary of Role:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the New-to-Canada portfolio within the Segments Marketing team at BMO.
Project:
Supporting initiatives related to events sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and consumer-facing communications for the New-to-Canada portfolio.
Years of experience:
4-6 years
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
– Strategy development
– Campaign management
– Communication solutions implementation
– Stakeholder relationship building
– Continuous improvement of communications processes
– Staying updated on communication trends
Required Skills:
– Marketing strategy
– Campaign management
– Familiarity with the Indian market
– Ability to work under pressure
– Strong analytical skills
– Research/data utilization for strategic planning
– English verbal and written communication
Desired Skills:
– Experience in banking/financial institutions
– Sponsorships/partnerships
– Negotiation skills
– Proficiency in Indian or Chinese languages
