As the Project Manager – Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of key business change and improvement programs (both regulatory and operational) within Brisbane Base Maintenance. Your role will see you drawing on your project and change experience to partner with subject matter experts in identifying, designing and delivering key initiatives to realise our business strategy.
To be successful in this role you’ll be able to demonstrate:
  • Experience in a continuous improvement or project environment delivering effective operational change.
  • Strong knowledge of project and change management frameworks.
  • Sound judgement, business acumen and decision making, with a focus on results in balancing operational needs with project outcomes
  • A track record of reporting and communication to demonstrate improvement outcomes.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to consider the customer, cost, people and industrial impacts when proposing and delivering solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement including the ability to educate, lead and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business management or Project management highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile project methodology beneficial to hold.
