You will report to the Director, Growth & Transformation and work closely with program managers and operations teams to drive the execution of new services into our clinics. This role will work across various service portfolios including executive care, year round care, mental health and occupational health. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in people, processes and change management. In this role, you will be one of our chief problem solvers, collecting feedback and creating powerful action plans.

This role is at the nexus of simplifying the client journey and helping the organization achieve its scalability goals while maintaining an efficient profitable organization. We are looking for well-rounded individuals who like to wear multiple hats, think big, but are equally happy to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

• Project Management: Independently coordinate work with clinical care teams to implement our service roadmap, managing schedules, and removing roadblocks
• Process Development: Creating processes for clinical services which maximize efficiency and maintain highest standards of quality care
• Financial Accountability: planning, business casing and managing overall budget, scorecard and metrics for your area of responsibility
• Communication: focus on facilitating discussions across teams, including executives, and creating an environment that supports ideas, sharing and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to team culture: Inspire and motivate yourselves and peers to drive high performance, teamwork and timely recognition

Qualifications

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

• 1+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or private clinics environments
• 2-3 years of project management experience, project plan creation and change management principles, leading to successful execution
• A passion to drive and improve the success of connecting people with healthcare
• Innately curious with a strong drive to dive into the unknown; secretly, you probably like to think of yourself as something of a detective
• Problem solving discipline with the ability to disaggregate complexity and ambiguity
• Naturally hypothesis driven and highly proficient in using data to test ideas and develop insights that lead to winning decisions
• Adept at collaborating with strategic stakeholders in other TELUS Health business units to develop integrated strategies that drive growth in overall shareholder value
• Highly creative with a knack for developing clear and concise communications whether that be through Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Word, GSuite Tools or during live presentations
• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma or equivalent education and/or program management experience is required / preferred
