The Team
The Marketing Strategy, Planning and Effectiveness team leads cross functional parters in crafting the marketing strategy, investment portfolio ( >$1B budget), marketing ops, and marketing effectiveness evaluations for the Digital Media Marketing Organization. In this role, you will join a growing, innovative team and will play a meaningful role in the development, implementation, and evolution of Adobe’s marketing efforts. More specifically, you will drive the process to build the global strategy and priorities, budget, and identify, scope and plan for fresh marketing capacity that drives innovation and growth for Adobe. Responsibilities
This position is responsible for leading the marketing operations for the quarterly variable marketing process, marketing effectiveness, annual planning and marketing strategy. This position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that are key for developing and implementing our marketing programs. Your curiosity, initiative and collaborative approach will connect you with people from all levels and departments, and will work on a broad set of projects for one of our core product categories.
Implement the marketing planning and operations for a major product categories across DME portfolio at Adobe. Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Continuous improvement the planning process and communicates cross functionally in a highly-matrixed organization. Interacts cross functional partners and marketing teams to identify new marketing opportunities, prepare regular marketing activity reports. Owns the outcome by proactively driving solutions to move the marketing planning process forward. Works individually or with a team in recommending actions, scheduling and planning projects, and handling projects to completion. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives. Responsibilities may also include tracking of marketing investments to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing programs.

This position is an individual contributor role, reporting to the leader of the Marketing Strategy & Ops team. Requirements
5+ years of Marketing operations experience from high growth consumer brands or digital marketing agency; brand, product and digital marketing experience preferred; SAAS experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
Excellent written communication skills
Strong background in Product Marketing and/or Marketing Operations
Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to stay current on the changing market.

Critical Thinker : You are an analytical, data-driven problem solver that can rapidly assess a business problem, structure, and evaluate options, and implement

Organizational Savvy: Shown success in dynamic, highly matrixed environments, with experience working across customer segments, product categories, routes to market and geographies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,200 — $187,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
