About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to shape the clinical direction of your practice, working alongside a skilled and supportive group of professionals. You will have access to state-of-the-art resources including MRI, CT, endoscopy, x-ray, ultrasound, a radioactive iodine unit, and on-site laboratory equipment. Our night nursing service and additional support from nearby 24-hour clinics ensure comprehensive care for inpatients.

• Salary range £100,000 – £130,000 per year dependant on experience

• Share best practices and support clinical advancements within the practice community.
• Ensure smooth clinical handovers and arrange enhanced care when needed.

Your Skills and Experience:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional patient and client care.
• Strong understanding of how exceptional care enhances client experience.
• Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
• Ability to drive strong commercial performance through effective clinical activity allocation.
• Effective team player with excellent coaching and influencing skills.
