Your opportunity
The Caseload Midwife, Charleville Western QLD, practices autonomously within the multidisciplinary team to provide midwifery services within a rural/remote health service setting. The Caseload Midwife is responsible for delivering direct midwifery care in an ‘all risk’ model whilst providing support and education to other team members.
The very nature of what we do and who we are is the real opportunity. Providing health care in the bush is full of challenges, however, it remains the most rewarding of human experiences.
