Responsabilities:

You will be involved in:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, engage, and onboard channel partners within hardware OEM, Silicon, Fluid Chemical sectors, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure effective channel enablement and support.
  • Actively engage with channel partners to provide training, sales support, and necessary resources to enable successful positioning and selling of Submer’s products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to proactively identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets ie. Indirect pipeline growth both individually and as part of the broader sales team.
  • Represent Submer at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and develop new channel partnerships.

Candidate Specific Competences

To perform in this job, you’ll likely have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in channel sales, preferably within IT hardware OEM/silicon vendors or chemical/lubricants sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage channel partners at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, demonstrating excellent teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
