Our shipping supply company continues to grow, creating job stability our employees can count on. As Warehouse Manager, direct a dedicated team at our new, air-conditioned warehouse in Naples where hard work and hustle are valued and rewarded.

 

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

 

Position Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, transfers, restock and aisle inventory maintenance.
• Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations.

 

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.
• Equipment experience, like forklift and reach truck skills, preferred.
• Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience an asset.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
