What Will the Data Science Lead Be Doing?

As the Data Science Lead for our clients customers, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading delivery teams in the development of innovative technical solutions, specifically focused on data services. Drawing upon your deep knowledge in various domains, you will have the chance to shape novel approaches to tackle complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to teams comprising individuals with diverse technical backgrounds, including data engineering, machine learning, cloud computing, DevOps, and software engineering.
• Lead engagements with customers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to the preparation and development of technical proposals and bids.
• Collaborate with Delivery Management to identify and address risks, plan deliveries, and allocate resources effectively.
• Support the customer account team by contributing to the business development strategy.

Key Competencies:

• Designing and constructing scalable data platforms.
• Implementing analytical techniques to extract valuable insights from diverse data sources.
• Visualizing complex data sets for enhanced comprehension.
• Applying machine learning algorithms and methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
• Utilizing DevOps techniques for streamlined deployment and testing.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and leadership roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
