About The Role
This position is a wonderful Perth based, full-time permanent opportunity, working within a great, supportive team, providing support to both minor works and Major Capital Projects across Australia which will involve frequent regional and interstate travel to our various Iluka sites.
Your accountabilities will be:
  • Provide first and second level support to address and track support calls escalated within our IT (Information Technology) Service Management system.
  • Collaborating with IT project teams to ensure timely completion of activities as required.
  • Providing technical support to users on hardware and software issues.
  • Resolving technical problems and escalating complex issues to third level support.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with the IT projects team to ensure timely completion of IT projects.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in desktop engineering.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience within a Microsoft operating environment, including SharePoint, Teams, and office 365.
  • Experience with Lenovo client hardware, IT Procurement and Asset Management
  • Exposure to, and understanding of, mobility devices, tablets, and multi-functional devices such as printers.
  • Basic knowledge of server principles, IT and Service Management systems.
  • An understanding of TCP/IP Protocol and basic networking principles.
  • Strong knowledge management skills with the ability to effectively capture, organize, share, and apply knowledge within the Service Delivery and cross functional teams.
  • Communication skills that enable you to engage with all levels of the business; and
  • ITIL Foundations level training and knowledge is desirable.
