Field Sales Representative

Location: South London

Salary: Basic salary £20k-£25k depending on experience plus uncapped OTE. (Min OTE of £2k per month)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (Mon-Fri 12pm- 8pm work pattern)

The Role

Working as a member of the Field Sales Team for Community Fibre means becoming one of the faces of the company, you embody the brand and as such have one of the most important roles within the ever-expanding team. It is important to be able to effectively engage and work with both existing customers and new potential clients, as well as part of a diverse and highly efficient team.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a real eye for a deal. As a challenger brand the company must think differently, always looking to rewrite the rulebook.

What you’ll be doing:

•Door-to-door selling in London with paid travel to your territory
•Farming the leads and doors on your provided territory to acquire new customers
•Day to day engagement with potential customers, whether with a successful sale or not
•Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities
•Updating the customer and leads database via a company provided mobile phone
•Setting the right customer expectation for each stage of the customer onboarding process
•Confirming fully compliant orders with customers
•Working with your Sales Manager to develop your sales techniques and those of your colleagues

The experience Community Fibre looking for you to bring:

•Direct face to face sales on the doorstep or in retail is helpful, but not essential
•Strong verbal communication skills, self-motivation, drive and the ability to engage easily with people is essential
•Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
•Attention to detail as the company only does quality and compliant selling
•Reliable
•Cool under pressure
•Good sense of humour always helps!
