WHAT TO EXPECT

Soucy Rubber is currently looking for a financial and inventory clerk to complete its team.

Here’s an overview of your tasks:

  • Carry out the opening and follow-up of costs on the different development projects and follow-up of the different development phases
  • Actively participate in the month-end process: preparation of month-end entries, profitability analysis of products sold and variances, analysis of various accounts and reconciliation of projects, inventory and fixed assets
  • Execute, propose and recommend bid prices and price list revisions in relation to its sector of activity and ensure periodic updates
  • Participate in the annual audit file and the year-end inventory count
  • Perform inventory adjustments
  • Participate in the development of management tools
  • Act as a resource person for his/her sector with respect to financial information users

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA designation or in the process of obtaining one (asset)
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office software in a Windows environment, particularly Excel
  • Experience with an ERP system (asset)
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Demonstrate rigor and organization
  • Understanding of the particularities of the manufacturing environment (asset)
