Head of IT

Working with a global logistics business who have proven track record of success within their sector – seek an experienced Head of IT to join the team!

Reporting directly to the CEO/CFO, the Head of IT role is to lead and develop an IT team which consists of desktop, development and applications, based in Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior IT Manager to step into a Head of IT role, implement change, lead a team and work with cutting edge technology such as AI software within logistics.

The successful Head of IT will have the following skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Previous experience leading, managing and motivating an IT Team
• Able to develop an IT team to ensure they are aligned with the company objectives and stay on task
• Used to working with budgets, cost management and other resources
• Able to deliver training and identify areas of improvement when needed
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
