Job Description:

Our organization is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager. This role will involve managing an organization’s technology infrastructure and providing strategic guidance on technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the manufacturing industry and experience with server migration to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and systems that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s technology infrastructure.

• Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and provide technology solutions that align with those objectives.

• Manage and supervise the IT team.

• Oversee the migration of servers from on-premises to cloud-based platforms.

• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of the organization’s technology systems and data.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for new solutions that align with business needs.

• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that expenditures are within the allocated budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Around 3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Experience with server migration from on-premises to cloud-based platforms.

• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.

• Experience managing IT budgets and vendors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
