About the Role:

Intereach is seeking a reliable, efficient, and experienced professional to join the Information Technology (IT) team in the role of IT Support Officer. This position reports directly to the IT Manager and you will work closely in a fast paced team providing support to end users within the organisation as well as supporting IT infrastructure and projects including; implementing, maintaining and supporting our information, communications and technology systems and infrastructure across the organisation.

This position is full time – 38hrs per week and can be based at any Intereach location.

This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a level 4.1 with an annual salary starting at $77,000 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.

The successful candidate will have experience in IT Help Desk / Systems Support and qualifications in computing, information technology related or equivalent and the ability to work as part of a high performing team.
