Responsibilities :

  • Manage team of 5+ and workstreams across several projects and point of sale systems
  • Strategically develop POS solutions to support long and short-term business goals
  • Database and SKU item management
  • SKU item and barcode development, including but not limited to discounts and new products
  • Manage large and small-scale price changes on existing SKU items, including but not limited to retail products, recurring memberships, prepaid packages, active promotions
  • Lead troubleshooting for POS issues across 400+ sites
  • Manage sales profiles, including new media drops, updates to existing profiles, and launching/replacing new sales profiles

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience, specifically technical experience with DRB Sitewatch
  • Key attributes:
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently and virtually
    • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams
    • Attention to detail and organization
    • Experience managing teams and technical training
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
