Job Description

Version 1 is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, mobilising and evaluating marketing campaigns across Digital, Data & Cloud (DDC) and ABM. The role requires a deep understanding of marketing, marketing automation, and campaign management with an emphasis on ROI and ABM.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for a suite of Version 1’s services, including campaigns, and GTM tactics for new customer acquisition and customer expansion with ABM programs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer intelligence, sales, content, ABM managers, and delivery to develop effective campaigns.
  • Work with the wider Commercial Team on the successful implementation of ABM across Version 1.
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to inform the development of customer personas and to identify customer needs and pain points. Leverage tools to identify ideal customer profiles for tailored campaigns.
  • Develop and execute effective demand-generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, events, and digital advertising.
  • Assess the current martech stack and work with the wider marketing team to build a ‘best in class martech stack to enable our growth ambitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns, GTM strategy, and content to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Work with colleagues and the business system team to continuously improve data capture and automation across our tech stack e.g. CRM, martech stack, etc.
  • Provide visibility of marketing campaign activity across the entire sales funnel leveraging tools e.g. Power BI to provide insights and analysis
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology services.
  • Extensive experience managing data capture with a continuous focus on improving data quality.
  • Deep experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with a laser focus on ROI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
