We’re growing! We’re expanding our Social Media team and have created this role to join our existing Social Media Executive & Social Media Manager. This position would largely be around driving Instagram & TikTok, though the whole team is across all organic social channels (including Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and any new platforms as they arise) for both MCoBeauty & ModelCo.



Is full-time in the office, in our Sydney head office and will cover:

  • Develop & execute social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written copy, to share across social media channels
  • Ensure that all brands have content planned for all social channels, and own the end-to-end process of content ideation, planning, creation, scheduling and publishing, ensuring that all content is on brand and resonates with our audience
  • Coordinate monthly social content shoots together with wider Social team, including concepting, briefing and more
  • Analyse social media metrics and generate regular reports to measure campaigns’ effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Build community engagement through regular interactions across all social channels and DM’s
  • Assist on campaign shoots, where applicable
  • Monitor competitor content and activity, industry trends providing actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Leadership Team, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing initiatives



A beauty fanatic that loves all things social. You’ll have your own social presence or proven experience in creating a brand presence for others (in any industry), a strong love of creating channel specific content, and a creative eye.

Apart from proficiency editing in the platform, you’ll be working with the Adobe Creative Suite almost every other moment, so experience here is a must.

No one would question your attention to detail or organisational skills and you secretly (or not so secretly!) love finding new bloggers, influencers, celebrities or models the brands can work with.

You’ll have no hesitation communicating to all levels within the business, are collaborative in your approach, creative in driving results, love what you do and want a career in beauty.
