  • Level 8/9: $105,767 – $131,225 + 17% superannuation

The Facilities Management Division (FMD) supports the University by building a strong and enduring campus identity and is responsible for campus planning, environmental sustainability, transport, parking, maintenance, landscape, and security.

FMD is seeking a Security Operations Manager to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors at UOW. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in creating and reviewing policies and procedures to meet legislative and organizational requirements.

The Security Operations Manager will develop and strengthen relationships with existing and future stakeholders as they represent UOW Security at Safe and Respectful Community, Police Safety Precinct, LGBTQIA+, Local Emergency Management, and Local Council meetings.

With the ability to influence teams, you will work in partnership with the Security Coordinator to manage multiple security systems, conducting audits and continuous improvement procedures to ensure the integrity of these systems. You will manage daily security, traffic, and parking operations across all NSW campuses.
