Quantile offers market-leading optimization services that reduce counterparty risk, notional and capital requirements to increase the efficiency and liquidity of derivatives markets, improve returns for clients, and make the financial system safer.
We are part of LSEG’s Post Trade division, where we connect a network of participants and use advanced algorithms to reduce risk and release capital. Since launch, our services have eliminated trillions of dollars of gross notional through interest rate compression and billions of dollars in initial margin and capital requirements through counterparty risk optimization.

Our clients, including all the top tier global banks, regional banks, buy-side firms and other large institutional market participants, are serviced from offices in London, New York and Amsterdam – with Tokyo coming soon.
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design of new products, continuously enhance existing products/services, work with the engineering team to ensure product enhancements are delivered to clients, and communicate effectively with clients regarding product features and optimization results.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design of new products and continuously enhance existing products/services, taking client needs and competitive landscape into account.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that product enhancements are delivered to clients.
Explain all aspects of the product/service to clients, including benefits, features, and processes.
Provide ongoing explanation of optimization results to clients, and work with them to improve their results.
Work with the relationship management and production teams to ensure that clients understand the key features of the product.
Engage in ongoing dialogue with clients to better understand their needs and any issues they have.
Requirements and Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in a relevant role, such as experience with finance, derivatives, xVA, capital, or trading. Experience in quantitative roles is a plus (quantitative analyst).
Understanding of any combination of IR, FX, equity derivatives (including risk and pricing models).
Experience with data science, analysis, and python will be a big plus.
Understanding of cleared margin, SIMM, leverage ratio (CEM, SA-CCR), RWA, CCAR will be a plus.
Degree in a numerate discipline, mathematics, physics, engineering (advanced degree such as MSc / PhD is a plus).
Excellent communication skills, being able to understand quantitative issues and explain them to clients with varying levels of sophistication.
Ability to work closely with the engineering team on modelling related issues.
Team player and delivery focused.

Compensation/Benefits Information (New York City applicants only):

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $95,100 – $176,700.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our annual incentive (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience. All roles are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG benefit program, more information & details will be provided at time of offer.
