Design and Technical are involved in every stage of the house-building process, from initial feasibility studies on a piece of land to the delivery of final layouts to our sales teams. As such, it’s the best place to be if you’re keen to experience the bigger picture.
- To assist with the preparation of planning applications under the guidance of the Design team
- Assist with the production of layouts and technical reports
- Provide technical and engineering support and information to Construction, Commercial, and Sales departments
- Gain knowledge and experience in the use of AutoCAD
