Marketing and Advancement

Full time, open ended

We’re looking for an experienced, creative and dynamic professional to join our award-winning Marketing & Advancement team to lead brand and reputation marketing campaigns for Loughborough University. This is an exciting new role in M&A, reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing, to design, deliver and optimise advanced multichannel marketing campaigns that position Loughborough competitively in global markets, amongst key student and non-student audiences. You will lead the development of our campaign hierarchy and coordinate teams to deliver activity that raises reputation and delivers on key research and recruitment targets, as well as support the Head of Strategic Marketing in delivering activity that ensures Loughborough demonstrates its distinctive strengths and place within the HE sector.

 

With a strong passion for marketing and a proven track record in leading global, multichannel marketing campaigns, you’ll have significant previous experience working in a varied and fast-paced organisation. You’ll be confident, diligent and enthusiastic, self-motivated and audience-focused with the ability to demonstrate excellent organisation and leadership skills. You will also have demonstrable project management experience that is underpinned by a commitment to high quality, an excellent eye for detail, and a robust approach to monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
