Your new job

The Brand and Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and delivering an impactful brand and marketing strategy that aligns to Orygen’s communications strategy with a focus on enhancing Orygen’s reputation and brand awareness.

Reporting to the Director – Communications and Marketing you will:

  • Work closely with the communications and marketing team to harness and improve the effectiveness of Orygen’s marketing, advertising and brand campaigns across all channels and platforms.
  • Reimagine all of Orygen’s marketing activities, being prepared to innovative and try new channels, platforms and tactics to get cut-through.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of campaigns to promote Orygen as both a national and global leader in youth mental health through its research, clinical care, policy development and training.
  • Lead the development, implementation and integrity of a cohesive and consistent brand, supported by strong brand architecture and guidelines, to ensure consistency across all platforms.

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a relevant discipline.
  • Extensive, proven experience in delivering impact in brand and marketing roles.
  • Experience leading on brand strategy as well as day-to-day brand management for digital platforms and channels.
  • Ability to apply judgement, creativity and flexibility to generate new and innovative ideas and approaches.
  • Confidence to engage with all types of people, including varying internal and external stakeholders, as well as youth advisors.

What you’ll get in return

  • Salary package between $130,000 – $135,000 commensurate with skills and experience + 10.5% super + NFP salary packaging up to $15,900.
