This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of industry experts providing project management services to new and existing clients, as well as assisting in the operational running of the Business Unit. Managing a variety of concurrent projects ranging from ($1m – $50m across varying sectors such as residential, commercial, leisure), there is plenty of scope to forge a career pathway within our global company.

As a Project Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate and deliver projects to meet Client strategic needs, objective and complete the project within the time frame set by the Client;
  • Coordinate specialist consultant commissions and fees in consultation with Clients;
  • Prepare monthly Project Reports, advising on program, cost, risk and quality;
  • Preparation and monitoring of project programs;
  • Develop, refine and control the Client’s approved budget and report on same;
  • Produce cash flow forecasts;
  • Develop, document and implement Project Plans
The preferred candidate will possesses the following skills and attributes:
  • Expertise and accreditation in Project Management
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
  • Membership in approved recognised Professional Body (AIPM, CIOB or the like);
  • In depth knowledge of the construction industry including development, contracting and consulting sectors;
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics;
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation;
  • Ability to maintain strong client / employee relationships
  • Class “C” driving license
