Customer Insights Intelligence Analyst (CIIA)

Job Description

The Customer Insights Intelligence Analyst (CIIA) will be responsible for providing support and value-added analytics for the greater LCA Sales/Customer Service teams. This includes developing and writing enhanced reports and trend hypothesis that factor competitor knowledge, economics tends, key commodities & customer data. This role will also be responsible for maintaining reporting tools and data quality for optimization.

In addition, the Customer Insights Intelligence Analyst will act as a backing resource to assist in driving initiatives that provide a competitive edge. The Customer Insight Intelligence Analyst will need to be an effective communicator and highly inquisitive.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM Platforms and take ownership of data quality
  • Integrate external data sources to prepare monthly sales reports for the region/territory
  • Conduct regular market research and stay current on market, competitor and economic trends
  • Analyzes and interprets large data sets to research trends in customer perception, customer feedback, preferences, and behaviors across all customer touch points
  • Challenge analytical thinking within Sales and Customer Service product portfolio through tactical analytic plans and identify best practices
  • Lead cross product analytics initiatives and projects tied to marketing campaigns or strategic marketing initiatives
  • Quickly establish relationships and act as a value added member of their stakeholders’ teams, proactively advises on the appropriate use of data rather than left to interpretation open to chance
  • Support delivery of Customer facing reporting, up to Divisonal Director level ,to have visibility of the key metrics to drive performance
  • Promote personalized engagement and targeting efforts by utilizing all aspects of customer data, including customer segmentation, demographic and transactional data, customer’s historical engagement and operational experience profile
  • Support the development of data-driven customer focused solutions working across teams and product portfolios whilst also meeting customer’s needs
  • Extracting, manipulating and analysing data to provide critical insight, creating analytical solutions, deriving the insights and recommendations with a clear focus on delivering actionable insight
  • Use insight generated to support key strategic goals of customer growth through acquisition, cross-sell and retention, and customer segmentation
  • Serves as subject matter expert on customer data and supports data governance requirements including data privacy, data security, data quality, and data ownership

Competencies

  • 5+ years experience in analytics and or customer insights, related Heavy Equipment Industry is required
  • Education specific to analytical discipline; economics, statistics or business strongly preferred – working experience will be considered
  • Liebherr product & process knowledge considered a strong asset
  • Proficient or experienced utilizing BI reporting
  • Highly persuasive, strong ability to establish relationships with various stake holders
  • Strong communication skills, ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manor
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally
  • Bilingual in French & English strongly preferred
  • Flexibility to travel – occassional travel will be required
