Our client is a well-established & reputable company in the Manufacturing Industry. They manufacture and distribute Office furniture within the workplace, healthcare and Education markets.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

-Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring that data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
-Coordinate with other departments to gather and input data into relevant systems and ensure accuracy.
-Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system, troubleshoot any errors or inconsistencies, and take corrective action as necessary.
-Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data collection tools to track and analyze various aspects of the business.
-Prepare cost analysis and pricing recommendations that optimize profitability.
-Generate selling price proposals for new and existing office furniture products.
-Review and implement Price List changes and propose new option codes for the Price List.
-Figure out profit margins and determine costs accordingly
-Minimum 3 years experience in database management and data entry.
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
-Post Secondary Education in a relative program.
-Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
