Job Description:

We’re seeking a Market Research Analyst

Read, interpret, and load Nielsen and comScore ratings data.
Responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of assigned station inventory (programming, estimates, and rationale) in Strata
Interact with sales and station personnel as needed to support the sales effort
Involvement in various specialized department projects.
Assist in the maintenance of tv security codes
Assist with the downloading of radio rating data
Heavy computer use

Qualifications:
Must have strong conceptual abilities, be creative and have initiative
Must be extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and organized, possess the ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, be comfortable learning and working with numbers and new systems.
Computer literacy is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic team player

Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return

Business insight and ability to apply general knowledge of business

Individual accountability and understanding of when to seek guidance

Skills in managing assigned projects to completion using instruction, guidance, and direction

Skills to solve problems within standardized procedures and practices

Ability to communicate straightforward information in a digestible manner and an understanding of when to ask questions in order to validate understanding

Understanding of the impact of own decisions

General understanding of business principles

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$21.10 – $29.02
