Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Basingstoke or London (Dynamic working)

Salary: Up to £45,000 (pro-rata)

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Part time/Flexible Hours

As our Marketing Manager, you will deliver product sales targets through execution of CRM campaigns, with specific ownership of 2-3 channels across Direct Mail, Email, SMS, push app notifications and outbound telemarketing.

What will I be doing?

  • Work closely with our creative agency to develop & execute campaign plans that drive awareness, adoption and sales of our roadside product
  • Maximise commercial performance of your campaigns through continuous optimisation and test and learn to deliver / exceed sales or revenue targets
  • Maximise the efficiency of the marketing budget (through improving response, channel testing and optimisation)
  • Develop comprehensive and targeted briefs for internal & external agencies and teams across the marketing community to ensure successful development & execution of new campaigns
  • Work closely with the commercial planning team to ensure the successful operational execution of the campaigns against targets
  • Work with the Call Centre teams, to build plans that maximise conversion of CRM generated demand into sales

What do I need?

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Direct experience of managing direct response marketing and customer engagement campaigns specifically in the CRM channels
  • Experience of external agency management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – experience of writing compelling and insightful marketing briefs
  • Practical knowledge of how to deliver a test & learn approach
  • Good commercial acumen and understanding of best practice in CRM campaign measurement
