Petroleum Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a London based Petroleum Engineer for a permanent, full-time role.

Necessary

• Petroleum Engineering degree
• Knowledge of well testing, well workover and reservoir operations
• Knowledge of petrophysics
• Reservoir engineering experience
• Small to mid-size company experience
• Preferably London located
• Experience of field evaluation

Nice to have

• Some knowledge of geology and geophysics
• Drilling experience
• Basics of economic analysis
• Broad knowledge of other oil company operations
• Knowledge of Petrel, Prosper, Sapphire, Gopher or similar software

• Tolerant of out of hours and inconvenient work
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Able to pick up knowledge as needed to fill gaps
