We are seeking Senior Project Managers in Melbourne with a passion for the construction industry, enjoys diversity in their work and the ability to work flexibly.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading all aspects of complex projects for our clients. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, from inception through construction delivery to completion.

Each day will vary, but generally you should expect to be involved in a range of activities including:

Providing leadership and mentorship to project teams fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets and effectively communicating project goals and objectives to stakeholders
Collaborating with clients, external stakeholders and internal teams to define project requirements, scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Working across and support teams within the business to provide a truly end to end multidisciplinary service to our clients

Enough about us, let’s talk about you:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. project management, construction, property, real estate, and or other industry related disciplines)
Significant proven industry experience in the property industry required, preferably working as a consultant project manager
Proven experience successfully delivering complex projects within the consulting industry
Demonstrated knowledge of the project delivery lifecycle and process including an understanding of project management controls
Demonstrated significant experience of preparation and management of realistic activity programming, prioritising and ensuring reliable delivery
Business development activities including supporting project leaders with bid proposal writing
