Pyramid8 is working with a national charity that supports families within Yorkshire. Their main goal is to provide help, advice, support, and access to social activities, events, and services and ensure within local communities that these are known about and accessible. They are looking for a Service Development/Implementation Manager to join their team and create services within Yorkshire.

As a Service Development Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive to develop proposals for funding new initiatives and services. Whilst overseeing the operational running of a service centre you will manage one member of staff who is the Centre Coordinator.  The main objective is to develop additional services within the community and ensure there is a pathway for well-being, health, and financial support. You will also lead the development and expansion of the organization whilst developing, managing, and working within the allocated budget to benefit the service users.  This role also involves working closely with a senior social worker and their team to underpin wrap-around access to services.

The successful candidate will have experience in implementing services within a community and have managed budgets.  This role provides full autonomy to bring your own innovative ideas to make a difference.

The salary will be up to £45,700, this will be an office-based split between both Rotherham (4 days) and Pontefract site (1 day), 9 am-5 pm (but will need to be flexible) with free on-site parking. Due to traveling between sites, you must have a driver’s license. The successful candidate will have great benefits such as 29 days holiday plus bank holiday and a company pension i.e. you put 3% the company will put 10% and upon passing your probation you shall receive health care.
