About the role
The Design and Projects Manager is accountable for the effective leadership, direction and coordination of the design disciplines and capital works delivery from conception through to operational handover. You will be responsible for managing a team of talented and dedicated industry professionals
Essential criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture and/or relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, and/or Engineering Design.
- Ability to negotiate, and explain to Senior Management and staff members.
- Previous experience in budget planning and administration.
- Current Class C Driver Licence.
Commencing salary: $ 211,471 per annum, plus 10.5% Superannuation. Salary will be negotiated based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the preferred candidate.
Access to a Leaseback Vehicle is available with this position; however, it is not a condition of employment.
This position requires the worker to be double vaccinated against COVID-19 or to hold a medical contraindication certificate.
