Job Description

DUTIES: Serve customer needs, identifiescomplex problems from commercial standpoint and makes recommendations onorganizational structure as well as operational improvements. Own the financialanalysis and the research of sophisticated business topics. Responsible forcommercial project management on complicated modification and upgrade projects,including all commercial activities, business transactions involved in bothsales and execution phase to meet RIC, FRG and Siemens Energy projectexcellence requirement. Initiate and maintain internal/external partnershipsrelevant for successful business. Lead Planning & Reporting of allfinancial KPI’s on a monthly and quarterly basis and support yearly budgeting.Responsible for controlling/analysis of business financials includingfinancials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow), orders, backlog, revenueetc., and ensures forecast accuracy for assigned area of responsibility. Leadbusiness segment AR overdue reduction initiative globally. Proactivelyconducting in- depth analyses with marketing team to support proactive sellinginitiative and support business growth. Responsible for the balance scorecardpreparation and distribution under management approval to all employees toprovide an update of the business. Preparing and approving journal entries aswell as ICC transactions.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (or foreigndegree equivalent) and 5 years of experience in the job offered or anacceptable alternate occupation. Must have 3 years of experience with thefollowing skills: experience on forecast, financial analysis, and reporting inenergy business, with good understanding of full P&L, NWC and Free cashflow; solid accounting knowledge, especially construction contract related;experience in credit control, cash management and improving free cash flow;familiarity with Focus+ analyzer reporting tool and SAP; ability to utilizeQlik Sense, Tableau etc., digital tools to drive finance simplification anddigitalization.. Must have 1 year of experience with the following skills:serving as a certified commercial project manager, with working experience incommercially managing large modification and upgrade project (>2.5mil Euro)in both sales and execution phase. Must have CPA or ACCA (ProfessionalAccountancy membership). Approximately 20% travel required. As afederal contractor, Siemens Energy continues to monitor federal and state legalguidelines regarding the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Siemens Energy is pausing its mandatoryvaccine policy while the issue is addressed by the courts. SEI will monitor thesituation closely and may reimplement its policy if required to comply withfederal law. Should the vaccine policybe reimplemented, this position requires employees to be fully vaccinatedagainst COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious accommodation.

 

OTHER: Hamilton, NJ. 40 hours/week; $121,347/year.
