Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead a team consisting of analysts and maintain relationships with IT vendors supplying products and services.
โ€ข Develop and execute IT initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
โ€ข Safeguard the security of the organization’s IT systems and uphold data privacy.
โ€ข Continuously monitor IT systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance enhancements.
โ€ข Provide technical assistance to employees encountering IT-related problems.
โ€ข Monitor incoming ticket queues and appropriately assign tickets to the relevant IT technician for resolution.
โ€ข Track the progress of open tickets and follow up as necessary to meet service delivery performance targets.
โ€ข Generate monthly KPI reports enabling management to evaluate the effectiveness of IT service delivery to end users.
โ€ข Establish effective processes for escalating open tickets from Level 1 to Level 2 support teams.
โ€ข Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure the organization’s IT infrastructure remains modern and efficient.

Qualifications
5-7+ years of IT leadership experience
โ€ข Having a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferable.
โ€ข Possessing 5-7+ years of experience in overseeing information technology operations and projects within a corporate work setting.
โ€ข Demonstrating a track record of working in a distribution environment for 3 to 5 years, with proficiency in functional and technical aspects of order fulfillment, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and accounting.
โ€ข Exhibiting the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt swiftly to changing circumstances.
โ€ข Hands-on involvement in ERP implementation, focusing on end-user solutions, application configuration, and end-user support. Prior experience with either distribution ERP system (MS-Dynamics 365) would be highly desirable.
