Hours: This is a full-time role. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the post.

Manage, plan and coordinate the operations at our category 1 Women’s & Girls’ Academy

In this role you will be responsible for women’s first team home game logistics, including hospitality, ticketing, mascots, stewarding and any further match day logistics. You will also lead a staffing team to co-ordinate all women’s first team and academy fixtures. You will build successful relationships internally across all areas of the club and externally, being the FA’s primary contact for all league requirements.

Your background

If you are someone who loves to plan and coordinate – then this is the role for you. We are looking for a highly effective communicator (both written and in person) and someone who has experience of creating, managing and delivering schedules and programmes in a sporting environment. Ideally, you will have excellent knowledge of working within a professional sporting environment in a related or similar operational role.
