Our dream pizzeria is opening soon in Fitzroy North and we’re on the look out for a restaurant manager to join the family.

We’re looking for the right cultural fit. For someone who understands the post-pandemic hospitality landscape and is not only interested, but values the fact that staff and customers’ needs have changed and that things can’t be done like they were in the past.

Ideally, you’re someone who loves delivering a genuine customer experience, but also prioritise your team – valuing inclusivity and demonstrating active listening and empathy. You’re a relationship builder and aren’t afraid of leading by example. You’re someone who sees the merit in treating a team or individual the way you would like to be treated at work and within community.

You’re systems driven and have experience in implementing processes. You don’t mind geeking out in the mechanics of getting FOH and BOH working cohesively and you can demonstrate knowledge in helping launch a business from the ground up.
