About The Role
As a Brand & Product Marketing team member, the Marketing Manager will support the delivery of PEXA’s Group marketing & channel strategy. Working closely with key stakeholders of all levels, including Senior Leaders, you will lead initiatives and campaigns to build growth, advocacy and internal adoption/adherence of our solutions. As a brand custodian & customer champion, you will also ensure internal and external alignment and adoption of the PEXA brand guidelines and ensure reputation and value by delivering market-leading engagement for our customer segments.

What you’ll be doing

    • Drive growth and impact across all scorecard KPIs: customer acquisition, revenue, conversion and retention.
    • Drive and support the management of the marketing plan, particularly Brand and Product marketing initiatives.
    • Develop relationships with Senior Stakeholders across all areas of PEXA (PEXA, PEXA Exchange, PDG, PX Ventures, UK & International, acquired businesses) as required to understand their business objectives, challenges, solutions and product roadmap to install a customer-led view of how marketing can help deliver into the market.
    • Regularly engage with key internal stakeholders and business units (including but not limited to product, front line, risk, legal, tech, events and the Group Executive team) on marketing and business initiatives and priorities.
    • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Channels & Analytics team, monitor, track, manage and report on key projects and campaigns from start to finish
    • Use research and data analytics to lead continuous optimisation of marketing activity, customer journeys and report back to the business on recommendations for actioning these learnings.
    • Assist with managing supplier relationships (briefing, providing strategic direction, executional oversight, QBRs)
    • Contribute to a master activity calendar, capturing all channels of activity and supporting business unit activity
    • Champion the marketing team by socialising the latest initiatives and outcomes across the business
    • Support the Head of Group Brand & Product Marketing in ensuring adoption and adherence internally of all PEXA Group brands, as defined by the brand strategy, architecture and guidelines, to ensure consistent delivery across all customer channels (sales, service, marketing, solutions).
    • Champion compliance of the PEXA brand, including visual guidelines and tone of voice guidelines.
    • Role model on PEXA’s values and behaviours

    • Deep understanding and proven track record in delivering multi-channel marketing activity and great end-to-end customer journeys
    • Digital analytics use, reporting and ability to draw actionable insights
    • Project and campaign management experience
    • Create and maintain internal presentations and documents for active marketing programs.
    • Ability to manage upwards and multiple stakeholders
    • Excellent communicator, both written and spoken
    • Deliver on time, budget and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
    • Adaptability, proactive and self-starter
