Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, you will be expected to design and deliver visually effective user-centered interfaces and experiences for Samsung.com and Shop Samsung App.
We are looking for highly motivated, positive UX Designer with a strong sense for good visual design and user experience.
Best candidate is a positive, motivated designer who understands all stages of the design process and knows how to collaborate with the project stakeholders to align and deliver on time. The candidate has to be ablet to lead a project from concepts to launch in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, propose suitable solutions to the design challenge
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, engineers, brand/marketing, and data teams to understand goals and constraints
• Perform basic user evaluation in order to understand customer needs, mental models, and also user habits and expectations related to the feature or project
• Participate in design review sessions with project stakeholders, acquiring consensus and getting aligned on design direction
• Act as a user experience advocate
• Understand and demonstrate knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Perform user testing by applying best practices in order to collect most accurate data
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, and common Adobe tools.
• Ability to work fast and be organized to meet deadlines
• Must be detail oriented with passion for consistency
• Provide UI/UX flows and clear design documentation
• Articulate ideas effectively and be a team player.

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
