Job Description
Psycle is looking for a passionate and driven Website Coordinator to join the head office team. Psycle is a boutique fitness group with five studios across London and an online platform, Psycle At Home. With ambitious growth plans in the pipeline, this is an exciting time for the digital arm of our brand. This role is an opportunity to support the team in delivering a best in class digital experience to our loyal community and prospective customers.
Your Mission
You will be a detail oriented Website Coordinator with 2-5 years experience working within a company where digital is a priority of the business. You will have a proven track record in maintaining, optimising and supporting digital platforms with a focus on improving quality, experience, satisfaction and retention of customers. You will adopt a โcan doโ approach to work with no job being too big or small. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working within a small team that takes great pride in working to the very highest standards.
Being the go-to support for all things digital, the key responsibilities are:
- Maintaining and updating the website and all on-site content
- Creating and building new web pages
- Managing set-up, execution and maintenance of all credit bundles/memberships, promotions and overall back-end system
- Monitoring overall website โhealthโ (i.e bug fixes) and continually reviewing how the customer journey can be improved and optimised
- Working with our external digital agency to brief in new features and requests and ensure that these launch on time and are thoroughly tested beforehand
- Providing ongoing training on all new developments/releases and briefing the wider business on all system changes and updates
- Supporting with the ongoing development of the CRM strategy by building, testing and executing email campaigns/flows and segmentation of customer databases
- Producing weekly digital/CRM reporting and sharing insights and actions with the wider team
- Assisting studio teams with solving customer queries
Your skills and experience
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years digital website experience in a primarily digital company
- Complete fluency in managing a CMS-based website
- Competent in HTML and CSS
- Experienced with using a CRM platform
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Clear communication skills and a strong team player
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive attitude
- Ability to effectively prioritise own workload to deliver to tight deadlines
Desirable
- Familiarity with Shopify and the Liquid language
- Familiarity with Klaviyo
- Basic Photoshop and/or Sketch skills for briefing purposes
About us
We are currently working in our Tottenham Court Road office Monday to Thursday with Fridays being worked from home, core hours are 9am to 5:30pm.
