The Digital Marketing Analyst will support the Marketing Department in the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns. Will provide reporting and analytics on KPI’s, and insights to enhance performance and continued growth for online and offline channels including lead generation and funnel conversion optimization.
This position will also be responsible for the management of first, second- and third-party data for members and prospects. They will own the process for data integrity and will support the team on any data or analysis requests.
  • Identify trends and apply new insights on all marketing campaigns including website performance utilizing google analytics.
  • Create and distribute reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive information and industry trends
  • Assist Marketing and cross functional teams in developing strategy based on analysis.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new marketing initiatives.
  • May participate in other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be proficient with Excel and Power Point
  • Google adwords and google analytics knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
