Purpose of Role: As a highly skilled Mechanical Graduate Engineer, you will be accountable for designing and creating innovative solutions that cover a wide range of Multiflo products and dewatering ETO solutions.

Collaborating with fellow engineers, you will ensure that our products comply with all the required specifications and standards whilst also identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical dewatering systems, components, and equipment
  • Work closely with the manufacturing workshop and provide engineering support as required
  • Provide engineering assistance with QA/QC as required
  • Work in accordance with Weir, industry, and customer standards
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive toward developing a world-class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (0 – 5 years from graduation)
  • Have excellent communication, both oral and written, and problem-solving skills
  • Can work both independently and as a team
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
